What is your shipping policy and how long does it take for orders to arrive?
As of now, we offer free shipping depending on your location. Please note that delivery times will vary as orders are shipped after the pre-order period ends. Typically, orders arrive within 3-4 business days once shipping begins.
How long are your pre-order periods?
Our pre-order periods generally span for 2 weeks.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I determine the right size for my clothing order?
We offer clothing sizes ranging from Women’s Small, Medium, Large, and XL as well as Men’s Small, Medium, Large, and XL.
Are your clothing items true to size or do they run small or large?
Our items are true to size.
Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping services?

Do you have a physical store location where customers can try on clothing?
We don’t have a physical store at the moment—our brand is currently available exclusively online. You can shop through our website, which is also accessible via TikTok, Lemon8, Facebook, and Instagram.
