What is your shipping policy and how long does it take for orders to arrive?
As of this point in time, we offer free shipping (depending on location), and it will usually take 3-4 business days for orders to arrive.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I determine the right size for my clothing order?
We offer clothing sizes ranging from small, medium, large, and XL.
Are your clothing items true to size or do they run small or large?
Our items are true to size.
Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping services?
We do not. In the future we'll plan to expand as much as we can with our offerings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, and Diner Club.
Do you have a physical store location where customers can try on clothing?
We do not have a physical store as of yet. Right now, it's all online and our website links are also available through TikTok, Lemon8, Facebook, and Instagram.
Can I contact customer service for assistance with my order?
Yes. You can simply go to our Contact Us page and provide your name, e-mail, phone number, and comments.
Are there any upcoming sales or new arrivals that I should be aware of?
We will constantly update you on our newest designs and arrivals ready for purchase. Stay up to date with us by signing up for email notifications on our homepage.

Yes you can! You can simply sign up on the homepage as you'll be the first to know about upcoming releases and new arrivals.
Do you have a loyalty program for frequent customers?
We do not have that yet, but we will continue to bring new and exciting offerings for our amazing customers.
Are there any care instructions or tips for maintaining the quality of your clothing items?
Yes! Care instructions are placed on the tag of each shirt you buy.

You're able to pick from sizes small, medium, large, and XL at this point in time. However, we'll begin to add more sizes to our product line.
